Code Snippet to Remove "Pay" and "Cancel" Button in WooComerce

I need a small WooCommerce customization.

When a customer places an order and the order status is “Pending payment”, WooCommerce shows “Pay” and “Cancel” buttons in the My Account → Orders section.

I want a code snippet that removes the “Pay” and “Cancel” buttons from the customer’s order actions, so only the “View” button remains.

Later I will add a pro-forma invoice payment option through my own plugin, so customers should not be able to pay directly through the default WooCommerce payment page.
