Shopify Automation Needed For Physical Flyer Logic

We need a Shopify expert to build a reliable system that automatically adds a physical printed flyer to customer orders under strict rules.

The flyer is a real printed insert that must be packed inside the customer’s parcel. It must appear in Shopify as a £0 line item so our fulfilment team can clearly see when it needs to be included.

Requirements:

• Automatically add a £0 flyer product to eligible orders
• Ensure each customer receives only one version of the flyer per 3-week campaign cycle
• When a new flyer version is released, customer eligibility must reset
• Prevent duplicate flyer distribution within the same cycle
• Ensure the flyer displays as a normal £0 line item on the order
• Integrate cleanly with our fulfilment process
• Be simple for our team to update every 3 weeks

Guest checkout is disabled (all orders are linked to customer accounts).

We are looking for a clean maintainable solution - not something overcomplicated.
