Zoho Canvas + Deluge Developer Needed for CRM Discovery Portal

We are building a high-efficiency Zoho Canvas interface inside the Zoho CRM Contacts module called the Express Quote Discovery Portal.

This interface is used live by sales agents during customer phone calls, so speed, clarity, and data integrity are critical.

Agents will gather structured project data while simultaneously building the quote in Paradigm Vendo on a second monitor.

This is not a cosmetic CRM layout project. It is a production intake interface used during real-time sales calls.

The developer must be comfortable working with Zoho Canvas UI components and Deluge-integrated workflows.

System Architecture

Monitor 1 — Zoho CRM

The Discovery Portal manages:

Monitor 2 — Paradigm Vendo

Vendo handles:

• e-signature

The Zoho interface prepares structured data for the quoting workflow.

The developer does not need to modify Vendo.

Canvas Layout

The interface will use a 3-column Canvas layout optimized for live call intake.

Column 1 — Property Intelligence

Fields:

• Zip Code (5-digit validation)

Features:

• VERIFY ADDRESS button (triggers existing Deluge function) • research buttons: Zillow / Realtor / County Tax

Column 2 — Live Intake

• Phone auto-format (XXX) XXX-XXXX • Numeric steppers: Window Count / Door Count

• Interior color swatches (5) • Exterior color swatches (8) • Discovery Notes (multi-line)

A 24-hour guarantee timer must sync with the Lead_Created_Time field.

Existing Backend

The following logic already exists:

The developer will build the Canvas UI around these existing scripts.
