Build Privacy-First React PWA (SIGHT Lab V0)

This project is a small offline React PWA with 7 screens total. The session flow includes basic inputs such as two sliders, map graphic (single selection), one dropdown menu, one optional text field, a small set of checkboxes, a breathing timer, and an optional notes field. Data must be stored locally on the device using IndexedDB, with no or cloud storage. The dashboard must include two simple line charts, a session count, and a recent sessions list. The app must be mobile responsive, and delivered as a static build that runs from a website subfolder. BRIEF PROVIDED. budget ceiling is $300.
