Google Merchany Centre - Missinformation

Hi, we currently run two websites and Google is not publishing free ads in merchany center due to "missinformation". We have struggled to find out what the issue is with Google support and are now at a point we don't know what to do. We are looking for somebody to investigate and fix this issue. The sites are:-
