UK Community Resilience Hub: Ground-Truth Mobile App
Description
Sub-Category: No-Code Development (Recommended for speed/cost) or Cross-platform Development.
I had an idea but have no IT skills. I've researched the feasibility and also found there is an unmet need. From there, I used AI to write what I need into the relevant language for an expert to understand and help. So, brief as follows:
Project Overview: I am looking for a developer to build a "Ground-Truth" mobile application for the UK market. The goal is to provide localized, passive alerts for weather, flooding, and infrastructure (EV chargers/Power). I am the project architect but have zero IT/coding skills; I require a developer who can handle the full end-to-end setup.
Core Features:
GPS-Based Passive Alerts: Users should receive push notifications based on their real-time location (2km radius) when official warnings are active or when other members report an issue.
Official Data Integration: Pull live data from the Environment Agency (Flood API) and Met Office (NSWWS API).
Member Reporting Interface: A simple "One-Tap" reporting screen for users to flag: Flooding, Snow/Ice, Power Outage, or Faulty EV Charger.
AI Verification Logic: Use the Gemini 1.5 API to cross-reference member text reports against official data to flag "Conflicts" (e.g., Official status is Green, but Member reports a flood).
Membership Tiers: > * Basic (Free): Receive alerts only.
Premium (Paid): Ability to submit "Trusted" reports that trigger alerts for others. Integrate a simple subscription gate (Stripe).
Future Scalability: Capacity must be built-in to later pull EV charger status updates across different UK providers.
Developer Requirements:
Must be proficient in FlutterFlow, Adalo, or Bubble (for rapid mobile deployment).
Experience with REST APIs and Geofencing.
Ability to handle App Store/Google Play submissions on my behalf.
Budget: GBP 275 (Fixed Price)
