I need 2 Photoshop scripts to speed up my image editing process.

Script 1: A script that enables me to open 32 bit EXR/ACES images and save them as a separate 32 bit Tiff file.

Script 2: A script that enables me to take 3 Different Tiff images from 3 Different Folders and load them into a Photoshop Layered file
