UX / Product Designer — Athlete & Coach dashboard

polish Phase-1 website UX, apply the copy amends previously prepared, AND deliver a universal, non-technical dashboard design so product owners can edit copy/content without code.

Objectives / Deliverables • User journey map for Athlete, Coach, Admin flows (visual) already exists but needs amending. • Low-fi → hi-fi wireframes for all Phase-1 screens (Athlete dashboard, Coach roster, Admin user mgmt, Workout submit, Prediction card, Training plan flow). • Final Figma files: component library / design system (typography, colours, tokens). • Clickable prototype for the main flows (web / responsive). • Design spec + developer handoff package (Figma + tokens + annotations + exportable assets). • Simple admin content model spec showing how copy/labels can be edited by a non-technical user (recommend headless CMS options or admin UI patterns).

Include an implementation recommendation (Strapi/NetlifyCMS/custom admin) and minimal data model. • 1 hour walkthrough call to handover and prioritise the first implementation tasks.

Acceptance criteria • Clickable prototype covers → submit workout → predict result → coach view in <5 clicks. • PRD copy amends implemented visibly in Figma and commit/PR IDs referenced in handoff. • Design is responsive, accessible (AA), and annotated for devs. • Delivered within agreed timeline and handed off as a Figma link + export.

Skills & experience • Proven SaaS/dashboard design experience (portfolio). • Figma expert; design systems & component libraries. • Experience deg admin/CMS interfaces and coach/athlete UX (sport tech a plus). • Comfortable producing dev-ready handoffs.
