I need a small widget on my website designed using Elementor

Hi all!

I'm currently building a new feature on my website that will list out a variety of film festivals, with each festival having their own "card of sorts" I need help deg what that card will look like. I would like someone to design and create the first one for me, which I can then dupe out for the remaining festivals.

This will need to be built using Elementor, and as there are three tiers of festival going to be displayed on one page, I would ideally like to use the Tab functionality (so folk can click between each tab, rather than it being one whole list on the page. )

The google link below takes you to the information that must be displayed for each festival (the example here is the one i need you to create), and attached is both a screenshot of how similar lists are constructed across the rest of my site (each section having a gold border etc), as well as a very rough mock-up of how it would ideally look in my mind -- but if this doesn't work, I'll happily go with what you think might be best
