Chief Investment Management Officer XRP Crypto

We are seeking an experienced Chief Investment Officer (CIO) or senior Head of Trading / Portfolio Management professional with deep expertise in quantitative cryptocurrency trading, XRP, and DeFi markets to support the growth of a next-generation digital asset and wealth management organization. The firm currently manages $100B+ in assets under management (AUM) and is executing a long-term strategy to scale beyond $220B AUM.

This is a remote, USA-based permanent role for a proven investment leader who has successfully managed large-scale crypto portfolios ($10B–$20B+) and led teams of quantitative analysts, data scientists, and operations professionals. The role involves defining and executing XRP-focused DeFi trading strategies, deg and optimizing algorithmic trading frameworks, and implementing risk management and automation across trading systems.

The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise, has experience operating in high-growth environments, and can collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors. Public-facing experience and the ability to represent the organization professionally is a strong plus.
