Design & Build: Dog-Mounted Environmental Monitoring System

I’m looking for an experienced embedded systems engineer to design and build a working prototype of a dog-mounted environmental monitoring system for outdoor use on a large dog. This is not a simple Raspberry Pi hobby build. The project involves mobile environmental sensing, power management, GPS logging, enclosure design, and animal-safe wearable mounting. Video capture will be handled by a chest-mounted Freerun action camera, while a Raspberry Pi–based system handles environmental sensing, GPS, and data logging. Prior experience with wearables, environmental sensors, or mobile data-logging systems is strongly preferred.
