Migrate 2 email accounts from Rackspace to Squarespace email

I'm looking for someone to migrate my existing email accounts (I have two of them) from Rackspace over to Squarespace who are offering Google Workspace for emails. I currently have my two websites hosted via Squarespace and the Google Workspace email is much cheaper than what Rackspace charge. I would require all previous emails currently stored in Rackspace transfered over as well as moving my Emil platform to Google workspace via Squarespace.
