1. Project Overview

I am seeking an expert full-stack developer (or agency) to build a comprehensive tourism and community event marketplace. I have a professional, 3-sided UI Kit ready in Figma covering the entire ecosystem. The goal is to transform these high-fidelity designs into a fully functional, scalable production application.

2. Required Core Modules

The platform consists of three distinct interfaces that must work together in real-time:

• User App (Mobile): * Map-based discovery of local attractions and community events.

• End-to-end booking flow with secure payment integration.

• Digital ticketing system with QR code generation.

• Provider Dashboard (Web/Mobile): * Management portal for vendors to list activities and track bookings.

• Live QR scanner for ticket validation at the event site.

• Payout management and performance analytics.

• Admin Command Center (Web): * Global oversight of users, providers, and content moderation.

• Financial reporting and commission management.

3. Technical Requirements

• Design Fidelity: You must match the Figma design with pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Frontend: Cross-platform (React Native or Flutter or any suitable stack) for the mobile app; React or Vue for the web dashboards.
• Backend: A robust, secure API (Node.js, Go, or Python or any) with a scalable database (PostgreSQL/MongoDB or any).
• Key Integrations: * Google Maps API for location-based searching.
• Stripe or local payment gateways for transactions.
• Push notifications for booking reminders and status updates.

4. Deliverables

1. Source code for all three panels (User, Provider, Admin).
2. Fully configured backend and database.
3. App Store & Play Store deployment.

I am looking for a partner who can handle both the complex logic of a booking system and the high-end aesthetic requirements of the provided UI kit.
