Develop a prototype App

I am seeking an app developer to create a prototype for a matching service application, encompassing both mobile and web platforms.

The concept involves three distinct user profile types, with a backend system that collates user input (on a dataset) to generate either a "match" or a "no match" response, accompanied by relevant descriptors. There also needs to be an option to agree where there is a match or add and update a suggestion where there are no matches (for consideration)

The design must prioritize a clean, user-friendly interface suitable for business, training provider, and public users alike.
