Need strong WooCommerce dev to fix and upgrade live store

Hi. Need a strong WP/WooCommerce dev to upgrade and optimize our live store. Theme/setup is old (around 2016), needs a proper cleanup and modern rebuild of key parts. We need a clean custom theme + good UX, fast mobile speed, stable plugins (no conflicts), and solid baseline security (updates/backups).

Work includes: event tracking (add to cart/checkout/purchase), abandoned cart emails, a careful email-capture popup with a welcome bonus, Mailchimp integration, Google Analytics, and embedding a Trustinfo form. Also adding products/categories and basic SEO structure. Traffic will grow a lot, so performance + caching matters.

Hourly only. Client adds tasks and sometimes asks for rework, so you should be ok with that. Best start is a short audit + plan, then we go step by step. If you’ve done WooCommerce + performance work before, message me.
