Website keeps getting corrupted

The description section of my products on my website keep getting corrupted and I don’t know why. It was happening every few weeks, so I would have to restore the products with an uncorrupted CSV file. Now, they get corrupted a few minutes after I’ve restored them with the CSV file. I’ve been getting notices from my site’s host, saying that my database file is too large. Could that be related?

I have noticed that my products have regular “revisions” (see attached file), but I have not been editing them. I know that no one else has access to my site.

As an example, I have attached two images of a product: (1) Good version (2) corrupted version.

Please let me know what you think is causing this and how you would diagnose and fix this.
