Migrate Database from AWS to Office based remote server

We are using a Microsoft Access Database in two offices, connecting to AWS RDS, which also presents Data to an online diary at http://diary.pswevents.uk/events.php

We would like to move all the data relationship/connectivity to our own remote office server and maintain speed and usage for two simultaneous connections.

Can load any software as required onto the server.
