Bubble Developer & UX/UI Designer for Marketplace Platform

Scope of Work (Modular)

Module A: Trust & Safety Platform Logic Design UX/UI and system logic for: • Identity verification flows (worker / employer) • Verification status display and admin review & approval logic • Rating and Review System

• builds trust, transparency, and accountability within the platform

Module B: Core Marketplace Platform (Bubble) • Build a web-based platform using Bubble (or equivalent no-code tool) • User roles: o Worker o Employer o Admin • Core features: o User registration & profiles o Job posting & job acceptance o Basic rule-based job matching o Admin dashboard (users, jobs, reviews)

Module C: Payment & Wage Protection Logic • Design escrow-style wage protection logic • Payment flow design: o Employer → Platform → Worker o Delayed release logic • Advisory on: o Stripe or equivalent payment services o Platform-side transaction rules

Deliverables • UX/UI flows suitable for low-digital-literacy users • Bubble application (production-ready MVP) • Admin workflows & controls

Proposal Requirements (Important) Please include the following in your proposal:

2. Your role for each module (Lead / Implementation / Advisory)
3. Estimated timeline per module (weeks)
4. Estimated cost per module (USD)
5. Tools & platforms required, clearly specifying: o Which tools must be purchased or subscribed to by us o Any ongoing monthly costs after launch

Expected Tools & Platforms (Reference) The final toolset may be adjusted based on your recommendation, but may include: • Bubble.io (production plan) • Payment services (e.g. Stripe) • Email / notification service
