UX & Onboarding Specialist Required To Review New B2C Platform

Description

We are looking for an experienced UX & Onboarding Specialist to conduct a short expert review of a new consumer-facing web platform before we begin wider beta testing.

This is a focused 3-hour engagement designed to give us clear, actionable insights that will help refine the user journey.

You will spend 2 hours exploring and testing the platform, completing the onboarding flow, exploring the key features, and assessing usability for a broad demographic including less tech-confident users.

You’ll then spend 1 hour producing a concise written report with your findings and recommendations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Ability to identify friction in onboarding and early activation
  • Strong understanding of intuitive UX patterns and user flow design
  • Practical ideas to make content creation easier and more natural for users
  • Suggestions for improving visual clarity, layout, and interaction
  • Creative or structural ideas for enhancing visualisations
  • Clear, structured feedback rather than abstract theory
  • Deliverables (1-hour report):
  • Summary of onboarding issues and opportunities -Usability analysis and key friction points
  • Recommendations for UI/UX improvements
  • Ideas to simplify or accelerate content creation
  • Suggestions for new or improved visualisations
  • Any high-impact fixes to consider before opening beta cohorts

Total time commitment: 3 hours (2 hours testing + 1 hour reporting).
