I need American Senior Software Engineer

I’m XXXX XXXX, and I lead a small development team based in Singapore. We design and build complete products — web apps, SaaS tools, and AI-powered features. Our purpose is simple: create useful software and do it with care.

We’re looking for an engineer in the United States with significant experience in software development — ideally 10 years or more. Someone who understands how to communicate with clients, coordinate projects, and keep things moving while our team focuses on the technical build.

This isn’t a heavy coding role. It’s part-time, centered on communication, clarity, and guidance.

The collaboration is flexible. Compensation starts at $2,500–$5,000 per month, depending on involvement. Senior engineers who bring strong client experience and leadership may earn above $5,000 for 20–30 hours of work per month.
