(The project is been edited and cut shorter) This gig is about creating a social media content automatically based on the input from a google sheet. The content can be either an infographic or a very short video like 6 to 10 seconds. Have a good read of my requirements and I look forward to your detailed proposal. Below are my requirements: Purpose: To develop an automation to create social media content, in either an infographic or a short video Scope : The system must support content generation, image generation and storage.
- Campaign Input • Google sheet will have the campaign details, which act as a central input • Accept fields such as campaign title, product name, messaging, pricing and CTAs. • Store data in a structured repository (Google Sheets or equivalent).
- Automated Content Generation • Generate two platform-specific posts: Facebook, Instagram. • Use an AI model to produce captions suitable for each platform. • Return generated captions into the repository(google sheet). • Track time of generation for audit.
- Image Generation • Generate one campaign image or short video using an AI vision model. • Upload the generated image to a media storage service/google drive • Store metadata such as resolution and generation time.
- Status Tracking • Maintain a status column for each campaign. • Automatically update status from “Draft” to “Ready for Review” after content and image generation. • Store timestamps for each status change.
- Error Handling • If any step fails, mark the campaign status as “Error”. • Log error description and the failing module. • Allow manual retry without regenerating content.
- Configuration • All API keys must be stored securely. • Provide a configuration panel for keys, platform selectors and template management.
