At the moment we’re expanding our Java Core team, so we’re looking for an experienced Java Developer, passionate about building high-quality, scalable backend systems. If you have a solid technical foundation, a curiosity for new technologies, and enjoy taking ownership of complex projects from concept to deployment, this opportunity might be for you.
Key responsibilities:
6+ years of professional backend experience with Java.
Deep expertise in the Spring/SpringBoot ecosystem.
Proven experience with API integration projects.
A strong commitment to Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
Working knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure and deployment, including AWS, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
Experience with Relational Databases (Oracle preferred).
Proficiency with Git and Maven.
Comfort working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
A collaborative mindset: You enjoy investigating, documenting, and mentoring others as much as you enjoy writing code.
A pragmatic approach to software development, seeking opportunities for improvement and automation.
Fluent in English.
Additional Experience That’s a Plus:
Experience with Microservice Architecture patterns.
Proficiency in orchestration tools like Kubernetes/EKS.
Familiarity with NoSQL/Document databases (e.g., DynamoDB).
Experience with Event-Driven Development (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Knowledge of High-Volume Data Ingress and Performance Optimization.
Background in IoT, Data Analysis, or CRM systems.
Nice to have :
Exposure to Agentic Design: Ideally, you have experimented with agentic workflows involving multi-step orchestration, autonomous reasoning, and complex tool-use patterns.
Familiarity with the LLM Ecosystem: Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen is a definite plus.
Advanced AI Patterns: Bonus points if you’ve worked on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, prompt optimization, or fine-tuning models.
