At the moment we’re expanding our.NET Core team, so we’re looking for an experienced.NET Developer, passionate about building high-quality, scalable backend systems. If you have a solid technical foundation, a curiosity for new technologies, and enjoy taking ownership of complex projects from concept to deployment, this opportunity might be for you.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend services using.NET technologies.
• Work heavily with external and internal microservice APIs — including integration via API gateways / proxies — ensuring stability, version compatibility, contract clarity, and reliability.
• Collaborate across multiple autonomous squads in a microservice ecosystem to align on API contracts, versioning strategy, authentication flows, and reusable integration standards.
• Maintain high performance, quality, observability, and overall code excellence — enforcing engineering standards, automation culture, and clean architecture principles.
• Demonstrate strong investigation and debugging capabilities across multi-environment setups, ensuring responsiveness in production and the ability to support and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Mentor and support mid/junior engineers, creating a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Communicate clearly with clients, technical leads, product owners, architects, and other engineering stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years professional experience with: .NET technologies (ASP.NET Core,.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API)
• Excellent C# proficiency and strong Git practices
• EF Core  (experience with another ORM is beneficial)
• Very strong experience consuming + integrating with RESTful APIs (external partners and internal services)
• Strong understanding of modern authentication & authorization flows (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, tokens, scopes, claims)
• Database experience: MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Unit test + integration test practices (NUnit, xUnit etc.)
• Experience working in microservice, multi-team setups
• Strong problem solving + debugging mindset especially for production behavior
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred, any major cloud acceptable)
• Excellent communication & ownership mentality

Additional Experience That’s a Plus:

• Message brokers: RabbitMQ / Azure Service Bus / Kafka
• Background processing: Hangfire, Quartz, Worker Services
• Some experience with Vue
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
