Your role & influence as Account Manager Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for guiding our clients through the development of their IT operations, simplifying complex decisions, and ensuring seamless development. Your goal is to establish XXXX XXXX as the preferred IT partner for clients by identifying their challenges and offering tailored solutions. Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of driving revenue and earnings for your customer portfolio. You’ll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with Sales Specialists, Procurement, Managed Services and Logistics to ensure seamless sales processes and strong customer relationships. Core activities:
  • Manage and develop customer accounts to achieve budget, revenue, and profitability targets
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Specialists to design solutions, support negotiations, and drive successful sales closures
