Product Architect / Project Manager for Advanced Engineering EU

. Who are we? The Advanced Engineering and Platform Studies team is part of the CAST organization. We are a group of highly skilled project leaders and concept engineers that look to the future to develop the most optimal solutions for our products. As an Product Architect/Project Manager, you will have the responsibility to lead projects, programs, develop requirements on system level and perform studies that will contribute to the future of transport systems. Are You the Right Fit? You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, with at least 10 years of experience in automotive development. Furthermore we believe that you are confident, assertive, structured, a good communicator and a goal-oriented person. Your background includes: Proven technical leadership at expert level as product architect, project manager, cross-functional technical leader, with extensive product ownership experience. Deep knowledge of truck development process, defining project scope, setting and balancing requirements Knowledge of commercial vehicles, vehicle application, customer profiles and needs Experience on complex and cross functional projects Knowledge of the development of system level requirements Ability to manage projects considering complex and uncertainty scenarios A strong network within Trucks Technology & Industrial Ability to lead and inspire the teams under strong x-functional environment You have an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, to be able to lead new ways of problem solving. Able to see the vehicle as a complete system
