About the Role As our Marketing Manager for Northern Europe, you’ll lead a team of talented in-cinema marketing specialists across Sweden, Finland, and Norway. You also work as a hands-on Marketing Manager for Odeon Kino in Norway. Your mission is to plan, develop, and implement marketing activations that enhance the cinema experience for our guests. You’ll work closely with cinema managers, internal teams, and external partners to deliver creative, insight-driven campaigns that bring our brand to life. This role combines leadership with hands-on execution. You’ll manage budgets, oversee campaign workflows, and ensure that every initiative aligns with our commercial goals and brand vision. You’ll also represent Northern Europe in Odeon Cinema Group networks, sharing best practices and localizing group initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a Nordic marketing team of specialists. You will have two direct reports. Drive the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns in Norway Develop and support local marketing activations in collaboration with regional and cinema managers. Coordinate in-cinema experience activations to create memorable guest experiences. Monitor marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively across campaigns. Build and optimize marketing processes and schedules between teams. Represent Northern Europe in OCG networks and meetings, ensuring local delivery of group strategies. Share knowledge and content across the Northern territory and the wider OCG organization. Travel within the Nordic region to support local marketing initiatives and team collaboration. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Experience from leading marketing teams, ideally across multiple countries. Strong background in consumer marketing and campaign delivery. Experience from cinema industry is a plus. Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, in-store, print). Strong planning and organizational skills with proactive, can-do attitude. Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Norwegian. Swedish or Finnish is a plus. Strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute and deliver results.
