As we continue to grow, we are now seeking a structured and proactive Project Manager to join our Deepwater Solutions Division. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects from initiation to delivery. You will coordinate project resources, lead internal and external communication, ensure compliance with CSS standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes. Key responsibilities: Responsible that the technical progress in the project is accordance to agreed schedule and escalate as necessary. Responsible for the technical integrity of given project or product. Coordinate project resources and ensure the design that meets all client specifications. Responsible to arrange required design reviews and coordinate technical matters with CTO. Communicate clearly internally, with clients and in relevant meetings. Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and information security standards. Delegate tasks, motivate the team and support achievement of project KPIs. Contribute to continuous improvement of products, processes, and procedures. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in project execution within industrial, energy, or engineering environments. Understanding of relevant offshore standards (NORSOK, ISO, API). Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project). Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) and procurement tools. Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills. Fluency in English; Norwegian language skills are considered an advantage. Preferred Personal Attributes Proactive, self-driven and eager to develop in the role.
