Description

Do you want to contribute to great employee experiences and provide professional support to leaders both in Norway and internationally? We are looking for an experienced and service-minded HR professional who wants to work broadly within HR administration, leader support, and the development of HR processes. Your main responsibilities are: HR Business Partner Support Provide day-to-day guidance to managers on people topics such as performance, feedback, sickness follow-up, employee relations, and development needs. Support managers in handling team issues, conflict resolution, and basic organizational changes. Assist with workforce planning needs, role changes, and team structure updates. HR Operations Management Own and manage all core HR processes across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, offboarding, probation periods, and documentation. Ensure accurate and timely payroll input, benefits administration, and maintenance of employee data. Maintain and improve HR systems (HRIS/ATS), ensuring reliable reporting and data quality. Policy, Compliance, and Employee Relations Ensure HR policies, handbooks, and procedures are up to date and aligned with local labor law. Support managers with straightforward employee relations cases, ensuring consistent and correct handling. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, absences, and benefits. Recruitment & Talent Support Coordinate and support recruitment processes in collaboration with managers and/or Talent Acquisition. Assist with onboarding programs and new-hire training activities. Support implementation of learning initiatives and basic development programs. People Data & Reporting Maintain HR dashboards and reports, including headcount, turnover, absences, and other key metrics. Provide managers with data needed for planning and follow-up. Ensure HR documentation is organized and compliant.
