We’re now looking for a Production Specialist who enjoys bringing clarity to complex technical environments, spotting opportunities to improve, and turning insight into tangible production results. What your work days might include: Manage and optimise technical documentation, procedures, and instructions used across production. Ensure our high quality standards are met throughout the production process, and help elevate them even further. Drive continuous improvements in efficiency and stability, both internally and together with external production partners. Work cross-functionally with Product, Quality, Sourcing, Hardware, Embedded and Mechanical teams to introduce new products and implement product changes. Contribute actively to daily collaboration within the Supply Chain team and help shape how we scale our production in the years to come. Occasionally visit suppliers and production locations to support improvements, new product introductions, and alignment on processes. Is this you? As for the skills required for this job Bachelor’s degree in electronics, automation, mechatronics or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Hands-on experience from a production or manufacturing environment, ideally with technical or industrial products. Strong ability to read and work with technical documentation, drawings and specifications. Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English. There is a big bonus if you have any of these: Electronics manufacturing, EMS or assembly production. Working with PLM systems (BOM revisions, ECOs). Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methods and quality tools (FMEA, RCA, SPC).
