Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Specialist to join our dynamic team. What you will work on: Develop and apply advanced machine learning models for language technology and quality assessment Build, train, and optimize models within the QUAIL framework using the LLM-as-a-judge methodology Design and implement quality scoring systems and multimodal translation workflows Contribute to the development of MAP, enabling large-scale AI-driven translation and localization across diverse languages and regions Collect, clean, and structure multilingual corpora to support benchmarking and evaluation Deploy models into production environments, ensuring operational stability, scalability, and cost efficiency Create scalable automated evaluation pipelines that operate across segments, files, and full content in multiple languages Support human-in-the-loop processes to improve sampling, quality control, and continuous model refinement What you bring: Strong expertise in NLP and large language models, including prompting, fine-tuning, and evaluation Experience working with quality assessment frameworks and LLM-based scoring methods Solid background in data engineering for ML, including preparation of multilingual corpora Competence in MLOps, production deployment, monitoring, and optimization for cost-effective operations Familiarity with machine translation evaluation metrics such as BLEU, COMET, MQM, or modern LLM-based alternatives Applied experience in speech and multimodal ML, including STT, speech isolation, diarization, TTS, and dubbing Ability to design and maintain scalable evaluation pipelines across multiple languages and content types Experience with human-in-the-loop workflows for quality monitoring and iterative improvement Understanding of cultural and linguistic nuances relevant to assessing “fit for purpose” translation quality Fluent in English and swedish.
