Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior Business Controller to join our dynamic team. What you will work on: Act as a strategic business partner and financial advisor to senior management across the organization Coach and support business teams to achieve superior financial performance, value creation and risk management Define and drive financial steering principles aligned with business models Develop, implement and manage policies, guidelines and frameworks for forecasting, financial ratios, KPIs, cost calculations, working capital and investments Analyze and follow up financial and operational performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive corrective actions Participate in financial review meetings with management and key stakeholders Deliver ad-hoc financial and operational analyses to support both strategic and tactical decision-making Provide executive management and board with financial performance reports, insights, recommendations and early warnings Recommend operational strategies and plans with direct impact on business results Influence leadership decision-making through advanced financial insights and business understanding Contribute to the development and promotion of new financial concepts, principles and methodologies within the area of expertise Represent the organization as a recognized thought leader internally and externally What you bring: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience within business controlling, finance or similar strategic financial roles Recognized expert within business controlling and financial performance management Strong ability to act as a trusted advisor and business partner to executive leadership Proven experience working with complex, multi-dimensional business challenges in large organizations Extensive experience in forecasting, financial analysis, KPIs, cost structures, investments and working capital management Strong capability to translate financial insights into actionable business recommendations Experience communicating and influencing at executive and board level on matters of strategic importance High analytical capability combined with strong business acumen Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently with high credibility, where deliverables are normally accepted without revision
