What you will work on: Developing and delivering modern digital products using the latest Microsoft technologies Building backend solutions primarily in • NET and C#, and frontend solutions using JavaScript and Blazor Working in a product team focused on NS (product for preparation of Frames) Understanding and interacting with existing mainframe solutions, including Cobol-based systems Contributing to the full product life cycle, from development to maintenance and continuous improvement Ensuring delivered code meets quality, performance, architecture, security, and digital product strategy requirements Working in an agile team environment with a strong focus on collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement Applying engineering best practices, clean code principles, and automation to improve efficiency and reliability What you bring: Experience as a developer of digital products, with a strong interest in delivering value to business users Solid communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills A problem-solving, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership Experience working in agile teams and comfort in fast-changing environments Passion for quality, simplicity, teamwork, empowerment, and continuous improvement Hands-on experience with • NET development and strong proficiency in C# Experience with SQL Server and database-driven applications Exposure to mainframe development and understanding of Cobol Full-stack development experience covering both backend and frontend Experience with C# (Blazor) and JavaScript frameworks such as React Fluency in English and experience working in international, cross-functional team
