We are seeking a highly capable Lead-to-Booking Product Owner / CRM Manager who will take full ownership of our Salesforce ecosystem across the commercial value chain. This is a pivotal role—the captain of our CRM landscape—responsible for shaping how hundreds of users across the globe manage account planning, pipeline development, quotations, and bookings. You will design the system’s future, steer its roadmap, and ensure operational excellence across markets. Key Accountabilities Own the Salesforce Roadmap Lead the full development lifecycle and prioritise initiatives that enhance sales execution, customer experience, and data quality Drive improvements across the entire lead-to-booking process Ensure the roadmap aligns with business strategy and delivers measurable value Translate Business Needs Into Technical Solutions Serve as the main link between the global Sales organisation and the Salesforce developer team in Manila Define, document, and translate business requirements into clear and actionable tasks Own the global backlog, including change requests and enhancement needs Ensure Process Governance & Global Adoption Establish and maintain global operating procedures, standards, and best practices Track adoption across countries and teams, ensuring Salesforce is used consistently and effectively Champion user engagement and drive continuous training and improvement Optimise CRM Architecture & Integrations Oversee integrations with pricing, booking, master data, and analytical systems Identify technical gaps and lead improvements that strengthen performance, data flow, and reliability Ensure architecture supports scalability, usability, and long-term business growth Job Qualifications Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field Salesforce certifications (Admin, PO, BA, or SA) strongly preferred Work Experience 3+ years working with Salesforce in Product Owner, CRM Manager, or Business Analyst roles Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end CRM solutions Experience in sales, logistics, shipping, or transportation is an advantage Experience collaborating with distributed teams (including Manila-based development teams) Leadership Skills Strong ownership mindset with the ability to set direction, make decisions, and influence senior stakeholders Comfortable aligning diverse, cross-functional teams toward shared goals Key Skills Skilled communicator who can bridge business needs and technical delivery Strong ability to break down business requirements into structured, actionable tasks Deep understanding of lead-to-booking processes and CRM governance Solid understanding of data models, automation, and scalable system design Desirable Additional Skills Salesforce Solution Architect capabilities If you’re looking to make an impact, grow your career, and be part of a collaborative global team, we’d be excited to connect with you.
