Children's Footwear Designer Do you want to design functional, Nordic-ready shoes for the next generation of outdoor explorers? We’re hiring! About the Role We are looking for a talented Children’s Footwear Designer to join our team in a full-time role based at our Oslo head office. This role is responsible for a broad range of creative tasks, with a strong focus on developing on-brand, commercial footwear designs for children. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the designer will help bring innovative and well-crafted concepts from idea to production. The role reports directly to our Chief Product Officer. What You’ll Be Doing: Deg on-brand, commercial children’s footwear across multiple categories Developing concepts from initial idea through to final production Creating sketches, CADs, and technical design files for development and manufacturing Collaborating closely with product, development, and sourcing teams Researching trends, materials, and innovations relevant to children’s footwear Ensuring designs meet fit, comfort, safety, and quality requirements Supporting seasonal range planning in line with brand and business goals Presenting design concepts and updates to the Product team What You Bring: A degree in Footwear Design, Product Design, Fashion Design, or a related field Proven experience deg commercial footwear, ideally within children’s footwear Strong understanding of fit, comfort, materials, and construction for children Ability to create clear sketches, CADs, and technical design specifications (Adobe Creative Suit) A strong sense of brand and the ability to design on-brand, market-relevant products Experience working collaboratively with product development and sourcing teams Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Clear communication skills and confidence presenting design ideas A hands-on, proactive mindset with strong attention to detail We are offering an exciting opportunity in a company with strong growth where you will be part of the product department and learn from and work with some of the best in the business.
