Your Role As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will work at the cutting edge of machine vision for agriculture, developing technology that ranks among the most performant of its kind globally. Supporting sustainable farming, you will take on technically challenging and rewarding work. Your responsibilities include both model development and data management. The role involves field work and cooperation with researchers across Europe. With broad technical ownership over the ML pipeline, you will: Develop and optimize neural networks for real-time inference on Jetson devices, including quantization, TensorRT integration and latency profiling Own the full model lifecycle from training through deployment, including evaluation pipelines Manage large proprietary and open datasets and annotation workflows You will join a skilled and fast-moving engineering team combining expertise in computer vision and embedded systems. Being a central part of a growing team, you will help in shaping the organization going forward. We make modern farming more sustainable with state-of-the art machine vision, camera hardware and deep knowledge on farmers’ practice. DAT is in a strong commercial growth phase, supporting farmers across Europe through distributors in selected markets. We have recently secured funding from a major international ag-tech group, enabling further technological and commercial development. In 2025, we also entered an industrial partnership with the Kverneland Group, strengthening our path to scale. With this momentum, we plan to significantly expand our team over the next year.
