3610 - Senior UX / Visual Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX / Visual designer! Responsibilities : Maintain and enhance the design system library (components, tokens, patterns) using tools like Figma. Drive iconography modernization: audit existing assets, design new icons, and ensure consistency across all UI elements. Redesign high-impact dialogs and workflows for improved usability and alignment with updated guidelines. Refresh and enforce UX standards across multiple teams and platforms. Collaborate with engineering to integrate design system updates into production pipelines. Conduct usability checks to validate recognizability and accessibility of visual changes. Coordinate with distributed UX teams to ensure alignment and prevent divergence. Qualifications Strong expertise in UI/UX design systems and component libraries. 8-12 years of experience in UI or UX, ideally in enterprise environments Proficiency in Figma and design token management. Experience with legacy software and modernization projects. Familiarity with usability testing and accessibility best practices. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
