The internship This internship is for someone who wants to be close to the core of a startup and help create a world-class experience for our customers and community. You will support across customer support, HQ logistics, and event planning and execution. You will work closely with the team and be trusted with real responsibility. This role is ideal if you are proactive, structured, warm in communication, and you enjoy making things run smoothly. Endor moves fast, priorities can change quickly, and we need someone who is self-driven and thrives in a dynamic environment. What you will do 1) Customer support You will help us deliver an exceptional customer journey by providing friendly, clear, and timely support. You will: Respond to customers in English with warmth, clarity, and high attention to detail Write messages that are authentic, positive, and always free of spelling mistakes Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through their journey in a calm and supportive way Escalate bugs and edge cases to the team, and help track patterns and feedback Help us continuously improve our support templates, tone of voice, and support systems 2) HQ logistics and operations (Tjuvholmen) You will help keep our HQ running smoothly, organized, and ready for both daily work and moments of activation. You will: Support practical logistics: packaging, storage, tidying, and keeping spaces functional and welcoming Maintain simple systems for inventory, deliveries, and supplies Prepare the space for meetings and team workdays Support on events and activations from our HQ when needed 3) Event planning, photo shoot logistics and execution You will help create simple, beautiful experiences in real life, where every detail feels intentional. You will: Assist with planning and executing events and shoots, from small gatherings to larger activations Order food and drinks and ensure we have what we need (cups, napkins, etc.) Prepare the physical space: clean space and mats, good music, screen working, temperature and lighting set well Help host on the day, greet people, and support flow and energy throughout the event Pack down and reset the space afterwards, ensuring everything is back in order and ready for the next day Who we are looking for We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about Endor’s mission and wants to do their very best.
