We provide a complete managed service for compliance recording and recordkeeping with support for more than 60 different communications systems and telecom operators.The service includes secure long term storage, and user-friendly management of recordings.   • and we’re looking for someone who will share our vision. About the role We are growing and are now looking for an Operations/DevOps Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring that our cloud solutions run smoothly
  • every single day. As an engineer in our Operations team, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous development of our services in Microsoft Azure. The role combines technical depth, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with developers and product owners to build robust, cost-effective, and secure cloud solutions. Responsibilities Operation, monitoring, and management of our SaaS services in Microsoft Azure. Application operations and management of our recording integrations and capture solutions, including Avaya, Cisco, and SIPREC-based systems (and more). Automation of operational processes and deliveries. Setup, configuration, and maintenance of Azure resources. Troubleshooting and improving system performance through log analysis and monitoring. Ensure the solutions meet security and service continuity requirements. Document solutions, routines, and incidents
  • and share knowledge within the team. Participate in the continuous improvement of routines and the operational environment. Who we’re looking for We are looking for someone who has: Experience with operations and management of Microsoft Azure. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Zabbix). Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Scripting skills in PowerShell, Java, or Python. Strong understanding of cloud security and networking. Azure certifications. University/college degree. It is an advantage if you also have experience with: DevOps methodology or ITIL processes. Automation and operation of distributed systems. Who you are You’re proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
