• SW Component Owner to join our dynamic team. What you will work on: Act as the single point of contact for the assigned software component, internally and towards suppliers Drive and coordinate software development activities for the component across the full lifecycle Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software component owners Plan, coordinate, and secure successful software integration and releases in line with platform and program goals Manage software requirements, documentation, and release-related activities Ensure software quality through verification, debugging, and continuous follow-up Support compliance, alignment, and readiness for delivery within a complex automotive environment What you bring: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of experience in software and/or embedded systems development Strong understanding of software development, integration, and release management Experience in software quality assurance, verification, and debugging Ability to work in structured, proactive, and collaborative ways with multiple stakeholders Comfort working in complex environments at the intersection of technology, process, and people Knowledge and experience of Volvo’s software development processes is a strong merit
