IO Supervisor
Description
We are looking for an Integrated Operations (IO) Supervisor Reporting line The IO Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager Role This role will oversee the IO organisation, support its ongoing development, and coordinate operational activities. It will also perform IO operations when required. Key responsibilities (not limited to) Drive the development and continuous improvement of the IO Center's operational efficiency. Strong focus on service quality and a proactive approach to SQ improvements. Create, maintain, and continuously improve all IO related documents. Coordinate upcoming / ongoing operations with Human Resources Coordinator. Focus on personnel utilization, crew changes and skill level. Perform IO operations during working hours. Advice and instruct Well service specialists to ensure efficiency and service quality. Update and maintain the list for upcoming IO operations. Create and send prejob IO e-mail. Stay current with Oiltools product portfolio, its procedures and key functionalities. Be able to present Archer Oiltools equipment in detail to clients, like BHA's, tech units, procedures, IO checklists. Conduct workshop IO checks as needed. Update and maintain the IO call center Telavox. Qualifications & skills we are looking for Bachelor's degree or higher. 10 years task XXXX XXXX. Extensive knowledge of Archer Oiltools product portfolio. Extensive Technical understanding, and downhole knowledge. Strong communication skills, with fluency in both verbal and written English. Ability to work individual as well as in teams. Positive attitude and ambition. Strong QHSE focus and work ethics. General IT and Office skills.
