Now, we are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to own and elevate the customer experience for a select portfolio of major clients. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership for a small portfolio of large cloud and tech customers ensuring that we consistently meet contractual obligations, deliver seamless services, and maintain strong, trusted relationships. You will be the customer’s central point of contact across the entire lifecycle. This is a highly visible role with a broad customer responsibility from service delivery to strategic relationship management. What you’ll do: As our Senior Customer Success Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Own and grow strategic relationships with a select portfolio of major cloud and technology clients, serving as their primary point of contact across all service areas. Ensure full contract and SLA compliance by interpreting requirements, monitoring performance, and driving necessary corrective actions in partnership with Customer Service and Operations. Lead proactive customer communication throughout the full lifecycle, from contract g to onboarding, mobilization, and steady-state operations, while managing expectations and providing clear, structured reporting. Champion a customer-first culture internally by aligning teams around best practices, service excellence, and disciplined execution. Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Operations, Projects, and Commercial to ensure seamless, compliant, and timely service delivery. Mitigate operational and financial risk by identifying compliance gaps early and implementing preventive measures. Develop and refine internal processes that support consistent, high-quality service delivery tailored to large technology customers. Represent Bulk professionally in high-stakes customer interactions, often with senior international stakeholders. Shape the future of Customer Success at Bulk by contributing to the development of our operating model and helping define how the function evolves as the business grows. Who are you? You are an experienced customer success or service delivery professional from the IT infrastructure or data center sector, used to navigating complex service level agreements and global clients. You enjoy being at the center of communication, and bring a structured, proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction. You combine excellent interpersonal skills with commercial awareness, and you are motivated by delivering excellence, reducing operational risk, and building long-term partnerships. You are also someone who thrives in a growing, evolving environment where you can influence processes, improve collaboration, and shape how customer success is delivered at scale. What you bring: 7+ years of experience in customer success, service delivery, or contract management within IT service or the data center industry. Experience delivering services to large cloud or technology companies. Proven track record managing complex, international customer relationships. Strong understanding of data center operations, industry-specific challenges, and compliance frameworks is not a requirement, but would be an advantage. ITIL certification is required, PMP or PRINCE2 certifications will be considered as a plus. Excellent communication skills in English and ability to influence at senior stakeholder level. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a similar field.
