Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior AI Agent Engineer to design and implement agentic AI solutions that automate workflows and deliver measurable business impact. What you will work on: Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI workflows using LLM-based platforms Implement AI-driven automation for software development, customer support, and operations Lead experimentation and validation of AI use cases with real business outcomes Integrate AI services with internal systems and data sources Develop AI-enabled services and embed AI into operational data products Support scalable data pipelines using technologies such as Kafka and Databricks Collaborate cross-functionally as a technical lead within AI initiatives Contribute to optimization of autonomous transport and operational systems What you bring: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, IT, or related field 2–5 years of hands-on experience working with agentic AI solutions 5+ years of experience as a software developer Strong understanding of LLM-based architectures and AI-driven workflows Experience integrating AI solutions with data platforms and system APIs Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives Fluent in English, written and spoken Results-driven mindset with focus on scalable, business-impacting AI solutions
