Key Responsibilities Lead development processes from concept to finished product Create robust mechanical designs, including analyses and engineering calculations Drive concept development and design verification in collaboration with a highly skilled R&D team Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and manufacturing packages Participate in testing, validation, and continuous product improvement Collaborate closely with manufacturing, suppliers, and operations to ensure quality and feasibility Contribute to innovation and development of new technical solutions across the organization Qualifications MSc or BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience within mechanical design Strong competence in product development, stress calculations, 3D modelling, and technical documentation Experience with downhole tools is an advantage You Able to work in a structured, holistic, and highly accurate manner Strong communication skills, both oral and written Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities rather than limitations Demonstrate persistence and commitment through thorough testing and qualification processes Vi tilbyr ?
