Assignment Description: We are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join our team and take responsibility for leading mechanical design activities for complex, safety-critical products. What you will work on: Lead, plan, and drive the work of a mechanical design team to deliver according to time, quality, and cost targets Break down and analyze technical requirements to achieve balanced solutions considering performance, manufacturability, and cost Coordinate and secure the right resources to successfully execute design assignments Plan, document, and support verification and certification activities Lead and participate in technical design reviews, both internally and externally Drive design changes, repair solutions, and development of technical documentation and manuals Handle deviations and non-conformities from manufacturing, suppliers, and products in service Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers Contribute actively to department goals, strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience Proven experience in team leadership and/or project leadership roles Strong background in mechanical design and product development Ability to take ownership and lead teams toward common goals Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build effective working relationships Structured, responsible, and proactive leadership approach
