Our operations involve delivering cased hole mechanical wireline-, tractor, powered mechanical- services as well as electric-line logging services. The scope of work will be delivered using leading edge technology and digital solutions with cross trained crews in close collaboration with our alliance partners. Role The Wireline Supervisor is the operative leader for the well operation offshore. Opportunities for candidates to work as a Well Service Supervisor upon client request. Reporting line Wireline Supervisor reports to the Onshore Wireline Operations Supervisor Key responsibilities Daily reporting to Archer's Management onshore QHSSE reporting according to the Archer objectives Responsible for preparation of equipment, checking that all necessary equipment is in the right place at the right time Register all deviations arising during operations and report these in Synergy Follow up operations - and periodic maintenance Report Equipment maintenance and logistic changes Be responsible for continuity during crew changes and ensure experience transfer Carry out inspections and ensuring that the work is carried out, evaluated, and reported in accordance with own and Client's governing systems and requirements and Authority regulations Participate in relevant project work/meetings, courses, and any additional work in relation with this The Supervisor is the leader offshore for the Archer alliance, where Archer is the contract owner Education: Technical college/higher education in petroleum related subject Competence in accordance with NOROG 024 Recommended guidelines for competence for Well - and Drilling personnel Craft certificate in Mechanical Wireline or relevant Drilling & Well disciplines IWCF certificate level 4 Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience performing wireline operations offshore Personal skills: Excellent HSE attitude Focus on competence and experience transfer Leadership-skills Good IT skills Norwegian/English spoken and written What can we offer Possibilities for 2-4 rotation and fixed shift We can offer you a varied experience and develop your expertise A great and diverse work environment You will be offered a competitive salary and good pension agreements We take care of each other.
