Customer Application Specialist

In this role you will be our new Customer Application Specialist in the Application team in Advansor IT & Digitalization, with direct reference to the IT Director and close collaboration with sales and marketing. Your initial task XXXX XXXX to lead and facilitate the maintenance and development of our custom developed CPQ application by leading and collaborating with two external programmers. Further customer facing applications within your responsibility are CMS, CRM, PIM and a customer portal. Your role will be a broad role combining the scrum master, product owner and solution architecture role. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver direct business impact through digitalization by increasing revenue, margins and customer satisfaction. We imagine that you have experience as a scrum master, product owner or solution architect in an agile development team, and that you get energized from the outlook to take lead in a broad role including elements from al 3 disciplines. You could have a relevant IT education or a degree in marketing, but main focus is your experience and personality. It would be a big plus if you have previous experience with Configure, Price Quote (CPQ) applications in your previous experience. As a person you are structured, goal- and action-oriented and thrives in a creating structure and progress in a dynamic fast paced growth company. You should be interested in being a part of and contribute to a committed team and thrive in an informal atmosphere with a varied working day.
