Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong Business Analyst to join our Group Finance team. This is a pivotal role responsible for enhancing financial planning and analysis across the Group, with a particular emphasis on cash flow forecasting, working capital analytics, and finance strategy. The ideal candidate will combine technical financial expertise with a proactive mindset and the ability to work across multiple business units and international markets. You will work closely together with and report to our Group Controller. Key Responsibilities Develop and continuously improve financial analysis tools and models. Support the consolidation and analysis of the Group's financial performance, with a focus on cash flow, working capital, and financing. Actively participate in forecasting and budgeting processes for cash flow and working capital across the Group. Partner with local finance teams to improve data quality, standardization, and insight generation. Deliver clear and actionable financial insights to senior management and key stakeholders. Support financing activities, including reporting on debt positions, covenant monitoring, and treasury planning. Develop and automate dashboards and reporting tools to support business decision-making. Assist in scenario planning, long-term forecasting, and strategic financial initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience as Business Analyst, Controller, Consultant or similar (experience in a global or group-level function is preferred). Strong technical knowledge of cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and financial modelling. Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning tools such as Power BI, NetSuite or similar platforms is a strong plus. Proven ability to work with large data sets and draw insights in complex environments.
