On-site IT Support Technician
Description
We are seeking a part-time On-Site Support (OSS) Technician L1/L2 to provide on-site assistance. This role requires solid technical skills, autonomy, and the ability to deliver quality support in an international setting. You will work 2 days a week, 09:00 - 17:00 and will report directly to your supervisor in France & Portugal. Your responsibilities: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and workplace services Manage incidents and requests through Jira and other ticketing systems Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to end-user devices and office IT equipment Handle user and access management in Active Directory Support meeting rooms, videoconferencing systems, and basic networking Prepare and deploy IT equipment Document, prioritize, and escalate tickets when required Ensure high customer satisfaction and collaborate with remote teams Your qualifications: Experience in L1/L2 support Knowledge of Jira and Windows environments Familiarity with Active Directory Strong communication in English; local language is a plus Service-minded, reliable, and comfortable working independently We offer you: The opportunity to work in a modern IT environment with a strong drive to innovate technologically An exciting position in the heart of one of the biggest media and tech companies in Norway Great team with broad knowledge in collaborative tools Plenty of challenges and opportunities Part of a global Service Desk team with great colleagues Exciting challenges as well as opportunities Personal development plan Involvement in different projects
