Digital Business Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Business Consultant to join our digital team and play a central role in enabling customer adoption of 4insight® and our data-driven decision support tools. Working alongside the Partner Manager, you will be the technical backbone of our customer engagement building dashboards, enabling data workflows, and helping customers unlock the value of our digital toolbox. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary technical point-of-contact for customers using 4insight® Build dashboards, analysis pipelines, and custom workflows using 4insight’s toolbox (Python, notebooks, time-series tools, APIs) Support customers in setting up data ingestion, structuring, and usage Assist the Partner Manager with technical discovery, scoping, and mapping of opportunities Provide structured feedback into 4Subsea’s product development teams, shaping the future of our offerings Participate in on-site workshops, technical sessions, and operational reviews Deliver onboarding, technical training, and hands-on guidance to engineers and operational teams Qualifications Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, computer science or similar. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education Experience in data-driven engineering, digital development, or similar technical roles Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, or cloud-based data platforms Practical knowledge of marine operations (pipelay, cable lay, lifting, ROV/IMR, drilling support, etc.) is a benefit, but not a requirement Experience building dashboards or analytical tools (Power BI, notebooks, custom scripts, or similar) Ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical users Experience collaborating across engineering, digital, and operational departments Comfortable with customer-facing work (training, workshops, co-development sessions) You’ll thrive in this role if you… Enjoy solving hands-on technical problems Like working side-by-side with users in workshops, vessels, or project teams Are curious, analytical, and proactive Are comfortable switching between code, dashboards, and direct user support Like translating user needs into digital solutions Work well in cross-functional teams with product engineers, domain experts, and data scientists Want to be part of a team What We Offer A unique opportunity to shape how offshore operators use data and digital tools.
