We are looking for an experienced developer with Backstage expertise to help develop an internal developer portal and improve developer experience. We are looking for an experienced developer for a role focused on improving developer experience and building an internal developer portal. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background along with an understanding of modern DevOps culture, where automation and self-service capabilities play a key role.

**Requirements:**Backstage.io: You have prior experience with implementing, configuring, or developing plugins for Backstage. You understand how to leverage it to improve team productivity.Full-stack expertise: You are comfortable working with TypeScript, React, and the Node.js ecosystem.Cloud & Infrastructure: You have hands-on experience with AWS environments and an understanding of cloud-native architecture.DevOps mindset: You don’t just write code - you understand CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and strive for continuous improvement.Communication: The working language is English, so strong written and spoken communication skills are required.
